Hope Healing does not currently accept insurance, although your insurance provider may cover fees as an out of network provider.
There are benefits to self pay vs. insurance:
1) A diagnosis is not required for self-pay clients. With insurance, a diagnosis will be ‘on-record’ and may compromise one’s ability to obtain life, health or disability insurance.
2) Insurance may deny reimbursement if the diagnosis does not fit their criteria and/or limit session lengths and treatment options. With self-pay, treatment options will be created collaboratively and determined by you, the client.
3) Privacy is preserved with self-pay in a way insurance cannot. For example, diagnosis and information related to care is shared with your insurance and is left to their own policies to share information.
Cash, checks and most major credit cards are accepted as forms of payment.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
HSA (Health Savings Account)/ FSA (Flexible Spending Account)
Hope Healing LLC accepts HSA or FSA payments/cards. Please check with your provider to confirm if there are any additional requirements or documentation to utilize either payment method.
Ability to Pay | Financial Hardship
If you do not have the ability to pay the standard fee per session, a limited amount of slots are available for those experiencing financial hardship. An application is required, and reduced fees will be offered upon review.
